This campground is a great option for those looking for a long-term stay. It is located in a beautiful, green, and quiet area, with trees, a beautiful pond, and flowers. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they allow pets. The sites are well maintained and there is a laundry facility with cheap washers and dryers. There are no pool or playground, but the surrounding area makes up for it. The campground is mostly filled with long-term tenants, and there is no problem with security. However, there is no maintenance or upkeep of the park, and the restrooms, showers, and laundry are very rustic, old, and filthy. There were also reports of campers having their LP tanks stolen. The lady in the office is not very friendly and will talk bad about all the people staying at the park. The owner is very indifferent and takes no pride in the park. Despite this, it is significantly cheaper than any other campground in the DC area.

Hillwood Camping Park offers a variety of long-term campground amenities, including: Clean bath house accessibility, Laundry area, Picnic tables, Fishing pond, Full mail service out of our main office. Hillwood is also close to a variety of highly-rated restaurants suitable for business meetings or casual dining.
