Rainbow Acres is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy some peace and quiet. With no wifi or T-Mobile service, it is the perfect place to disconnect and relax. The campground is located on the Mattaponi River and has a boat ramp and beach area. The sites are generous in size and easy to level, with 50 amp service on some sites. The campground hosts are friendly and helpful, and there is a store onsite with food, drink and fishing tackle. It is a great place to fish, paddle board, or just relax. While it is not as family friendly as a Jellystone or KOA, it is a great place for seniors or those looking for a peaceful getaway.

Rainbow Acres Campground offers 150 campsites, 135 with full hook-ups, 3 partial hook-ups, 3 cabin sites, and 12 primitive tent sites. The campground is pet-friendly and offers a great community of friendly year-round residents. The campground has a community center and offers ethanol-free gas for boats at the dock on the Mattaponi River. Discounts are available for AAA, AARP, and active military members.
