What others are saying about this campground
Lake Robertson is an ideal campground for those looking to relax and explore the outdoors. It offers a variety of activities, including swimming in the large pool, fishing in the lake, and hiking along the trails. The lake is spring-fed and crystal clear, and boats can be rented for fishing (no motors). Fire pits and water are available at each site, and the campground is kept very clean. The bathhouse is small but clean, and there is only one for the entire campground. The campground is located on the south side of Lexington, about 30 minutes from Natural Bridge, and the drive to the site is steep and winding. AT&T and Verizon both have low data signal strength in the area. Reservations must be made by phone, and a deposit of one nights stay is required. The campsites are getting a makeover next year, and the pool is open until Labor Day. The staff and other campers are friendly, and the park is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
