What others are saying about this campground
Each site has a picnic table, fire ring, and lantern hanger. The campground is very well maintained with a camp store and a lake for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. There is a pavilion at the lake that was built by the Civilian Conservation Corps. There are also trails around the lake and upper fishing pond. The staff is friendly and helpful. The campground is close to Waynesboro, Charlottesville, and Roanoke, and is a great spot for a weekend getaway.
