Picture Lake Campground is located conveniently close to the highway and features nice long pull-thru sites that are paved. The pool is still open and is a great place to relax. The weather during my stay was in the 70s and the facilities offer good power, water, and sewer connections. Despite the long term residents around the park, everyone was friendly and the sites were kept clean. The transient sites are not very level, but the park is making efforts to upgrade the facilities and make improvements. Utility connections are not laid out well and some sites may experience sewer issues that run into adjacent sites. The roads within the park can be difficult to navigate and the park could benefit from more attention.
