This campground is located in a beautiful area on the water, and offers activities for families, movies, BBQ, ice cream and cake socials, and an Elvis entertainer under the pavilion. However, it is not well-maintained and the bathrooms are not clean. The sites are un-groomed, sand lots, poorly marked, narrow, and not well navigable with 40 foot rigs. The sewer is overwhelmed, and the electric posts may not work. The owner is very friendly and can answer questions about the campground and local area, but the person answering the phone for reservations is rude. There is a two-night minimum for cabins. There is a boat launch, but it costs $40 plus an additional $10 to tie up at the dock.
