Bethpage Camp Resort in Urbanna, VA was recently acquired by Thousand Trails and they have invested significantly in upgrading and expanding the campground. The staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay. The focus seems to be on selling seasonal sites, but as a short-term camper, be aware that some of the septic outlets are significantly higher than the RV. The new pine trees planted in the front of some sites may make it difficult to park longer RVs. The majority of the new sites are gravel, but the gravel is not compacted, so be prepared to sink a few inches or more. Despite these challenges, we met some very nice campers during our stay.

Chow down at the new Poolside Cafe and Beach House Grill or make it a night to remember by playing miniature golf and enjoying 20 different flavors of ice cream at Bethpage Miniature Golf & Ice Creamery! Bethpage RV is conveniently located to many of Virginia fts most popular attractions and is situated along the Rappahannock River that runs into the Chesapeake Bay.
