Belle Mount Winery Campground is a unique camping experience located inside the winery. The entrance is a winding, one-lane road with many potholes and low tree branches. There is only one 50 amp site without water, and the rest are 30 amp sites with full hookups. The sites are gravel and completely under pine trees, with no wifi, cable, or leash free dog park. There is a large pool and bath house, but they are closed. The owners are very nice and helpful, but their main business is the winery, not the campground. The price is a little high, but other campgrounds in the area are closed for the season. The campground is in very poor shape and crowded, and the roads leave a lot to be desired. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the owner has a lot of ideas about entertainment. Canoe rentals are available, but they are inoperable. Trash was piled up during the stay, and there is no place to change or set your clothes and towels. There is no picnic table, but one can be found over by the bathouse. This is not a place to stay for long, but it is fine for a short stay.
