American Heritage RV Park in Williamsburg, VA is a great place to stay for a short or long-term camping experience. This park has friendly and helpful staff that is there to make sure your stay is enjoyable. All the campsites are clean, and you have access to clean restrooms and campsites with level concrete pads. You will also get cable TV at each site. Some of the sites come with outdoor fireplaces and tables/chairs. There are Wi-Fi services available that work perfectly. There is a pool and a game room with arcade games, as well as laundry and a camp store on site. The exterior of the park is well-maintained, except for the water spigot which is 2 feet above ground and unprotected during freezing temperatures. The laundry room is very clean and has really nice machines. There are nature trails that you can walk on or you can rent a golf cart or bike to explore the park. All in all, this RV park is a good value for your money, considering the amenities it provides. While there may be some minor noise from passing trains nearby, it doesnt really affect your stay once you get used to it. Plus, youre just a few minutes drive away from Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown historic area, as well as restaurants and museums. One downside, however, is that the park can be pricey and if you pay by the week, theres no discount at all.
