Mounthaven Resort is a small campground that offers RV spots and cabins. It is located less than 1 mile from the Nisqually Entrance to Mt Rainier NP and provides easy access to the Paradise area. The RV sites are spacious, well-spaced, and surrounded by trees, with dirt and gravel back-in parking. Full hookup with 30A service is available, and the area is peaceful despite being near the highway. Night traffic is close to zero. Two restrooms are available, and the no-cost showers are cleaned daily. Visitors are welcome to use the coin-operated laundry machines. The owners are friendly and accommodating, and they offer excellent customer service. While the cost per night is relatively high at $72, the areas proximity to the park makes it worth it. Its best to leave for the park early in the day to avoid traffic congestion. Gasoline is available in Ashford, but the nearest diesel station may be found about 25-30 miles away in Eatonville (north) or Morton (south).

Mounthaven Resort offers a variety of lodging options including cabins, vacation rentals, RV sites, and tent camping. The resort is located just half a mile from the Nisqually entrance to Mount Rainier National Park and sits on 7 acres of beautiful forested land with two mountain creeks and a pond. The cabins and vacation rentals are fully equipped with kitchens, fireplaces, and linens. RV sites have full hookups and are shaded by large cedar trees. The resort also offers an outdoor event venue for forest weddings, family reunions, and retreats.
