Silver Lake Resort is a nice park for smaller campers, featuring an open common area that backs up to some of the RV sites. While the level of space between the RV sites can be tight, the common area helps to make up for it. The resort offers a nice dock for fishing and a play area in the center of the park, perfect for kids under 10. As the park is close to SR-504, there may be some traffic noise during the day. While the sites can be uneven, with some asphalt and mostly grass, they are generally comfortable to camp on. There are some back-in sites that are sloped down toward the lake. Wi-Fi is limited to a 20-foot range from the hotel, and T-Mobile and Verizon cellular coverage is not available. It should be noted that there is one site with RV hookups located next to the bathroom, which may create some privacy concerns. Despite its drawbacks, Silver Lake Resort is a nice place to stay and the helpful camp host can assist with parking a larger class A RV.
