This campground is located eight miles east of Cathlamet, WA and offers a great spot to fish and watch seagoing ships coming in and out. The campground has a restroom, electric hookups, and a dump station. There are mainly RV sites, but there are also three tent sites. The sites are quiet, clean, paved, and of a nice size. However, due to the lack of privacy and the wind blowing sand into everything, it may not be the most serene experience. There have also been reports of thefts, so it is important to keep coolers and equipment secured overnight. During the night, there may be loud noises from neighbors, trucks, and motorcycles. In the morning, there is a parade of cars and fishermen arriving. The view of the Columbia River is spectacular, and there is a faucet at the end of the campground for water.
