Evergreen Coho SKP Park in Chimacum, WA is a beautifully landscaped and well-maintained RV park. As an SKP park, it is limited to SKP members and most sites are leased. The monthly fee is $595 and the sites are gravel with full hook-ups, water and power, or no hook-ups. Sites #1 and #10 are highly recommended. Other sites may be a little close together, but the park is quiet and peaceful. The park is surrounded by many beautiful places and beaches, making it a great location for exploration. The clubhouse is well-equipped, with clean restroom and shower facilities, exercise room, kitchen, stage, TV area, and more. There is a large library with a variety of books, game and pool rooms, a craft/sewing room, and even an area for car washing. The park hosts a variety of activities, including happy hour, hiking clubs, biking outings, and game nights. Although the park is largely made up of elderly population (80s and 90s), more active seniors are joining the park. Overall, Evergreen Coho SKP Park is a wonderful place for RV enthusiasts who are SKP members looking for a peaceful and well-maintained park with great amenities and endless exploration opportunities.

Evergreen Coho SKP RV Park is a cooperative 55+ RV community located in Washington State on the Olympic Peninsula near the historic Victorian seaport town of Port Townsend. The park offers 175 large full hook-up lots, with some available as monthly rentals, as well as daily/weekly full hook-up and electric & water sites. Amenities include modern laundry facilities, clean shower facilities, a clubhouse with game room, craft room, library, and exercise room, an outdoor kitchen & BBQ area, horseshoe pits & pool tables, and a pet-friendly off-leash dog park. The park also offers propane and RV/boat storage area for leaseholders.
