This campground is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. It is situated in the trees right on the bay, with a great view of the ocean going ships entering the Columbia River. Sites are all grass, a combination of pull thrus and back ins, and the washrooms and laundry are kept very clean. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and the park is well maintained. There are many return RVers that come only on weekends, and the sites are a decent size and spaced out so they dont feel too close. There is plenty to do in the area, with the little touristy seaside town of Long Beach, Astoria, OR, and lots of ports and marinas for fishing and watching large ships pass on the Columbia River. The campground also offers a pump out on leaving and a great location for touring the Long Beach peninsula.
