What others are saying about this campground
Fort Ebey State Park in Coupeville, WA, is a fantastic state park surrounded by beautiful, tall trees and scenic miles of trails. The campground offers a variety of pull-through and back-in sites that can accommodate larger rigs. The sites are spacious with plenty of privacy between them. Our site was located on the bluff that overlooks the Straight of Juan De Fuca with the trail right behind our campsite. The gun battery in the park is an interesting historical piece to explore. The camp host was very nice and helpful. The park is heavily wooded, which can make it a bit dark on cloudy days but provides pleasant shade on sunny days. The hiking trails offer breathtaking views of the water and the forest. We were able to explore different trails each day to make the trip more interesting. The rate was very reasonable. During off-season, seniors can use their pass to stay for discounted rates. Overall, we highly recommend Fort Ebey State Park for camping and exploring nature.
