There is a small creek running through the campground, but it is not suitable for swimming. The sites are spread out nicely and some are more private than others. The only downside is the number of wasps, so make sure to bring bug spray. Gates close at 10pm so you don’t have to worry about people driving in late. It’s a great spot for a quiet family getaway.

Dragoon Creek State Park is a quiet and peaceful campground located near Spokane. The campground offers large sites with lots of trees and creek access. Tent camping is popular, but many of the sites can handle even the largest RVs. The camp sites are clean and well-maintained. Visitors can enjoy walking the little trails, camping out in a calm setting, and the beautiful creek. However, some recent reviews have mentioned issues with overcrowding on some sites, unclean bathrooms, and camp hosts not enforcing rules.
