Ellensburg KOA Journey in Ellensburg, WA is conveniently located off of I-90 with minimal traffic noise as it sits on the bank of Yakima River. The campground has a clean and flat gravel site, with trash pick-up available daily. It is well-maintained with nice amenities such as a fenced area for dogs, propane availability, cable TV hookup, and Wi-Fi connection that generally works well. The bathrooms are always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful, making guests feel welcome. However, guests should be aware that there is a no refund cancellation policy for reservations between April and November, which is not standard for KOA and should be taken into account when making a reservation. Additionally, there are small leaves that are almost everywhere, which are actually sticky seed pods that can be hard to clean off RV floors, rugs, and shoes.

Rent one of the teepees or settle into a prime spot right on the river and relax. You're well-situated to search for the Ellensburg blue agate, enjoy a concert at the Gorge Amphitheater, hike the John Wayne Pioneer Trail, or visit Roslyn, where Northern Exposure was filmed. Central Washington University's campus is also located in town. Visit during Jazz in the Valley & the Ellensburg Rodeo on Labor Day weekend. Enjoy full WI-FI access free to every customer, valet trash service at your site every morning, and the new, huge dog park.Our pool is open May to September! All rates based on the 1-2 people, 1 vehicle, & 1-2 friendly pets.
