What others are saying about this campground
Ginkgo Petrified Forest Wanapum State Park is a lovely and peaceful RV camping ground, located just a few miles from the Interstate, but far enough away to avoid the highway noise. Its an oasis of natural beauty on the riverbank. Campsites are well-groomed, fairly spacious, and private with numerous riverfront options. They offer coin showers that are well-maintained and clean. The campground provides good internet connectivity, so staying connected is easy. The only problem is the wind, which can get really strong, especially at night. Its something to be aware of, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, its a great place to camp and relax outdoors.
