Cougar Rock Campground in Longmire, WA is a quiet and private campground with sites that are spread out and wooded, providing plenty of privacy. The campground is conveniently located close to Paradise and Ashford and offers easy access to many popular hiking trails. Visitors can also enjoy clean and well-equipped bathrooms. The site parking can be challenging as they are rarely level and some have steep slopes to contend with, however, bear boxes are provided. Guests should be mindful of squirrels and chipmunks and keep their food secure. Lastly, the campground is first come first serve, but there are still plenty of options available even during busy holidays.
