From The Campground

Pend Oreille County Park is a 440-acre park located just north of the Spokane County line on Highway 2. The park offers a day use picnic area, primitive tent and small RV camping (no hookups), and over 7 miles of hiking trails. Wildlife such as elk, white-tailed deer, moose, bobcat, bear, and many small mammals as well as bird species are abundant in the park but the main attractions are the majestic old growth trees found in the area.
