OSullivan Sportsman Resort is a campground located off the shores of Potholes Lake, off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle of the interstate or major highway. The park is extremely clean and quiet, with spacious sites, fire pits, picnic tables, and the cleanest rest rooms. There is no overhanging on the grass, and the entire unit must be parked on the gravel pad. The park has pickle ball and a playground for children, direct access to a golf course, and a really nice club house. There is a gas station with a small store at the park entrance, and a restaurant adjacent. The park offers a BBQ most Saturday nights, a pancake breakfast on Sundays, and several times a month they have a steak cookout. The WiFi is poor, and there is no TV at all. The staff is not overly friendly and enforcement of the rules is very selective. The campground caters mostly to big rig seasonals, and although the sites are very crowded together, this seems to be the norm for this area.

O'Sullivan Sportsman Resort is a membership resort destination located next to the Potholes Reservoir in Central Washington. The resort boasts over 300 days of sunshine, 28,000 acres of water, and plenty of recreational activities for sportsmen and families. In addition to the resort, guests have access to the beach and boat launches, a newly developed golf course, sandy dunes for ATV action, trails for hiking and biking, and lots of water for all boating activities. For the sportsmen and women, there is plenty of tournament-class fishing and hunting surrounding the resort. Becoming a member provides year-round enjoyment.
