GenieSummary

Maple Grove is a private membership campground located in a picturesque valley south of the Mount Rainier area. With 55 full hook-up, 30 amp sites, some shade, narrow but adequate for slides and patio awnings, and a member cost of $25.00 for 3 days, 30 amp, cable and 4 wifi devices, it is a great place to stay for a few days. The park is quite large with plenty of room in most sites, and is surrounded by trees and grass. The main RV sites are quite nice, although a bit close together, while the woods area is more primitive and quiet. The anemities include a pool, spa, playground, pet area, rec rooms, and a club house with activities every night during the peak season. The roads are gravel in the upper park, but can be muddy and full of pot holes in the lower area. The WIFI is fast and strong, but can be erratic. The staff are busy and short handed, but are fairly pleasant overall. The drives to Mt. St. Helens, Ranier, and Adams are long due to twisty roads and slow speeds, but you can find a great restaurant in Morton called Backyard Grill. With a bit of patience and maneuvering, you can get around the annoying trees and enjoy a peaceful stay at Maple Grove.
