Gold Mountain RV Park is a clean and well-maintained campground located outside of Republic, WA. It offers 21 RV sites with full hookups, including long pull-through sites with power pads, water and sewer hookups. The campground also has a clubhouse with books, brochures, newspaper, ice, snack machine, microwave, toaster, coffee and spotless bathrooms. The manager, Marian, is very friendly and has made the park special with her lovely touches in the bathrooms and clubhouse. The campground also has a teepee for overnight stays. The campground is big rig friendly and satellite friendly, and offers a reasonable nightly cost. The person who checked in is friendly and helpful, and the campground host provides maps of nearby towns and lakes, showing restaurants and points of interest. The park is fairly new and the gravel streets and parking pads are well-drained and angled for easy entry and exit. The mechanic is amazing and the campground owner even offered to reduce the nightly rate on sites due to any difficulties. Nearby is Coville Lake, which is beautiful with an inviting state park beach. There are wonderful hiking trails through the national forest that surrounds this area.
