This campground is an older RV park located in the country and close to many attractions. The roads are narrow and there are no gravel roads, but the sites are private. There is room for large RVs and a separate area just for tents. The park has good wifi and is quiet at night. The manager was rude when asked about setting up a dish, but there is no cable. There are many large fir trees that are dead and need to be removed, but they provide good shade. This is a good place to stay if you have things to do in the area, but make sure to bring everything you need.

From The Campground

Big Fir Campground & RV Park is a country park located in deep shade under tall fir trees. The campground welcomes big rigs and offers 37 full hookup RV sites with 20/30/50 amp service, 3 pull thrus, and all sites have a BBQ grill and table. The campground also offers free WiFi, showers, restrooms, store, limited groceries, ice, RV supplies, ping pong, and recreation. There is a separate tent area available from June through August. The campground is open year-round and offers Passport America members a 50% discount on drive-up accommodations basis only (reservations at full price rate only).
