GenieSummary

Diamond Point Campground is a private membership park located on a bluff near a private, homes built on the runway, airport. It is a dated park and feels as if no additional money has been spent outside of maintenance, but the staff clearly marked off the worst areas and does a good job of keeping the grounds neat and clean. It is a great park for an overnighter, with plenty of space between sites, full sized basketball court, mini golf putt-putt, kids play area with swings, etc. There is a large club house with activities Friday and Saturday nights during the peak season, as well as weekend breakfasts. It is a great spot for families, with the Olympic Discovery Trailhead just 3 miles away, and deer that wander through at dusk. There are sewer hookups in about 30 sites, but visitors are told not to connect due to issues with the county. Verizon cell service is spotty at best, and WiFi costs $1 per day per device. Cable TV is $3 extra per night. There is no place to let dogs loose, and the owners are friendly.
