Lake Goodwin Campground is a peaceful campground located near a small gas station and a restaurant pub with a cafe. The campground features clean and quiet restrooms, showers, and an office. Guests can enjoy the docks, the community building with washers and dryers, and the dayroom. However, the manager is not friendly and has been known to shout at guests and make terrible comments. There have also been guests who drink excessively and make noise during quiet hours. The pull-throughs have been updated for an Airstream convention and the weeds surrounding the sewer/water and electrical can make it difficult to access. The gate is locked when guests arrive and the host can be grumpy and demanding.
