GenieSummary

Woodland Shores is a small RV campground located about 20 minutes north of Vancouver. The park has very small sites, so awnings must be kept half-way out to avoid touching other trailers. It is close to businesses and a Mexican restaurant is just outside the entrance. The park is long-term only and the monthly fee includes electric. The managers are friendly, but the park has strict rules and the couple that run it appear to keep watch over it with cameras and large windows. The sites are narrow, so big rigs with slides may not fit. The entrance and exit to the park is steep, and garbage trucks arrive early in the morning. The Wi-Fi is pricey and the DirecTV may not work. It is close to the Lewis River and has good access to the highway and local businesses. The bathrooms, laundry, and gift store are all clean and well maintained. The park is not suitable for big rigs, but it is a clean and comfortable place to stay for a short period.

From The Campground

Woodland Shores RV Park is located on the North Fork of the Lewis River and has easy on and off access to I-5 freeway at exit 21. The park is close to Mt. St. Helen and many local attractions are within walking distance, making it a popular place for return guests. Guests can enjoy great golfing, gambling, fishing, boating, shopping, and restaurants in the area.
