The park offers recreational opportunities such as hiking, camping, fishing, boating, and access to local attractions and events. The campground is open from May 1st to October 31st and offers RV and tent camping. The park is located nine miles west of Beckley, in Raleigh County West Virginia, and twenty-five minutes from the New River Gorge National Park.
