Greenbrier State Forest is a peaceful and secluded campground located in the eastern mountains of West Virginia. All sites are surrounded by tall trees and include electric, picnic table, and fire ring. There is a bath house nearby and 30 amp electric at each site. The campground is close to White Sulphur Springs, the New River Gorge and Beckley, making it a great place to stay for a few days or longer. There is a private campground right outside the entrance of the state forest that allows use of the dump station for $10. Hiking, frisbee golf, and pool are some of the activities available in the state forest. The nearby town of Lewisburg is a great place to explore with a coffee and taco joint. Enjoy the serenity of nature while still having access to convenient amenities.
