From The Campground
Back Ridge Shadows Campground, LLC is located in Pendleton County, West Virginia near the highest point of the state, Spruce Knob. The campground offers 6 RV sites and 9 tent sites, each with electrical service. Amenities include full RV hookups, outhouse style toilets, shared water spicket, fire pits, and picnic tables. Firewood is available for purchase. The campground is situated directly across from the Experience Learning entrance and is close to many outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, boating, hunting, and fishing. AT&T cell service is available. Nearby attractions include Spruce Knob Lake, Seneca Rocks, Seneca Caverns, Cass Railroad, Blackwater Falls State Park, Nelson Rocks, and Sinks of Gandy.
