This campground is the perfect destination for those looking for a nice and simple camping experience. The owner is a sweet lady and the campground is dog friendly, so you can let your well-behaved pup off leash to play and roam around. The sites are mostly level, wooded and the grass is mowed nicely. For only $18 for two people, you also get access to showers and AT&T and Sprint cell signal. The campground is known by kayakers and rock climbers, and also has rustic cabin bunkhouses that are reasonably priced. The tent area is very spacious and private, and you can get all the amenities you need like showers and regular toilets. Plus, its only 30 minutes south of Summersville Lake!
