While it offers a variety of activities, the main attraction is the whitewater rafting on the New River and Gauley. Being recently recognized as a national park, it is now a renowned area to raft, with class 1-5 rapids. For those who prefer land-based activities, Ace Adventure Resort has a little something for everyone - including disc golf, ATV and mountain bike programs, bike trails, and hiking trails. One particular trail even leads to Thurmond, WV. The resort is equipped with a bar, including a great selection of local beers, pool tables, live music, and a lake featuring giant wipeout inflatables. They also have comfy cabins and great bathroom facilities at the campgrounds, making your stay all the more comfortable. Overall, Ace Adventure Resort is an amazing place to visit.
