The woods on the campground are gorgeous, and you can hear birds singing during the day. The showers were not good, and one was closed, while the other was a coin-op with a flickering fluorescent light. However, they have plans to improve upkeep now that there is a new owner. The campground store sold local honey, but campers hoped to see more locally produced items. Despite the less-than-perfect aspects of the campground, campers still loved it and would happily stay there again.
