The campground is run by the city and offers a friendly check-in and easy arrival. The campground is big rig friendly and offers full hookup sites, a fishing pond, walking trails, a splash pad, a large playground, and a nice little lake. The campground is also conveniently located near downtown Point Pleasant, where there are several shops, ice cream, coffee, and all the mothman stuff. The campground is also close to a Piggly Wiggly grocery store and Family Dollar. The campground is also pet-friendly and offers a great nightly price. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the campground is clean and well maintained.
