Millesons Campground is a working farm located on the south branch of the Potomac river. The road into the campground is a one way drive that is very bumpy and dusty, so be prepared to go slowly. There are plenty of large shade trees, but the sites back up to an open field with high iron content and chlorinated water. There are plenty of full timers with run down RVs. There are no activities for adults, and there is no cell phone signal or TV reception in the area. Passport America is accepted with no restrictions on use of discount.

Milleson's Walnut Grove Campground is a seasonal, family campground located on a working livestock farm along the South Branch of the Potomac River. The campground offers a variety of sites for overnight and weekend camping, as well as seasonally leased sites. Campers enjoy access to a diverse section of the river. Additional facilities include a bath house, camp store, fire rings, and picnic tables on all reservation sites. Recreational amenities include a pavilion, small playground, natural pebble beach, volleyball court, basketball court, and large grass field for outdoor activities. The campground is open from May 1st through October 31st each year.
