From The Campground

North Wood County Park & Campground is located in Wood County, Wisconsin. The park offers a variety of outdoor recreation opportunities, including camping, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, disc golf, hiking, and wildlife observation. The Yellow River and both lakes provide ample shore fishing opportunities. The campground has 99 sites with amenities such as electrical hookups, shower & laundry facilities, a dump station (fee for non-registered campers), and fresh water are available for registered campers. Other attractions include a stone enclosed shelter, beach area, bathhouse, and scenic walking trails along the river. One of the main attractions of the park is the 225-foot suspension bridge that spans the river.
