Hi-Pines is an older campground located just north of Eagle River on the West side of Hwy 45. The entrance is a little tight for larger rigs, but passable. The campground spreads out over an 80 acre area with a variety of different types of spaces. There are no trees or shade in the new section, but there is a strong T-Mobile signal with no data throughput, making it useless for internet access. The campground has plenty of amenities for families with kids, including a swimming pond with a sandy beach, bouncy house, and more. The shower house is great, the staff is friendly, and the dump station can be tricky when its crowded. The rate is for 30 amp which can have trouble keeping up with two space heaters and a coffee pot in below freezing temperatures. The campground is close to the airport final approach flight path, and Eagle Rivers 4th of July fireworks are held on the campground, providing perfect seats for the celebration.

Hi-Pines Campground is one of the top campgrounds in Wisconsin, located on 75 beautiful, wooded acres within 2 miles of famous downtown Eagle River. The campground offers direct access to ATV trails and is ATV friendly. Hi-Pines strives to maintain the perfect balance of offering tons of fun amenities and things to do while keeping the tranquil feel and peacefulness of the great Northern Wisconsin forests.
