Hickory Hills Campground in Edgerton, WI is a hidden gem. Most of the sites are wooded with electric and water. The roads might have a few tight spots but bigger campers can be accommodated. Each site comes with a fire ring and picnic table. This campground is perfect for families as there are plenty of amenities for the kids to enjoy such as the pillow pad, pool, Gaga Ball pit, water wars, basketball court, sand beach on Rice lake, and an inflatable obstacle course. The store offers drinks, ice, golf cart rental, and grinds their own burgers! While theres a minor issue of high nitrate levels in the water, the staff is friendly and willing to help. Overall, Hickory Hills is an excellent weekend warrior place for those who seek an escape to nature with all the necessary amenities.
