What others are saying about this campground
The park is located about 40 minutes from the North Shore area of Milwaukee and offers many trails, a observation tower with a view of Holy Hill and Pike Lake, a dog beach, kayak launch, fishing pier, and the Ice Age Scenic Trail. The campground is well-manicured and offers equal parts sunny and shaded spots for a good balance on hot days. There is also ample parking spots for load-in and a nearby port-a-potty. However, be aware that the campground is close to the highway, Slinger Speedway, and there is no hope of getting a satellite signal except on the few upper sites.

From The Campground
The Pike Lake Unit of the Kettle Moraine State Forest is a beautiful camping destination located in the middle of the Kettle Moraine, a strip of glacial landforms which extends through southeast Wisconsin. The forest is named after the 522-acre, spring-fed kettle lake. Powder Hill, a large glacial kame, provides terrific views of the landscape. Visitors can enjoy camping, swimming, hiking, fishing, picnicking and more.
