The campground is huge, with plenty of activities for kids and adults. There is a large pool, a lake with a beach, a playground, a mini golf course, a game room, a petting zoo, and more. The sites are spacious and level, and the campground is very well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Smokey Hollow is a large, well-maintained campground with plenty of activities for kids and adults. It has a large pool, a lake with a beach, a playground, a mini golf course, a game room, a petting zoo, and more. The sites are spacious and level, and the campground is very well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. It has a store, an ice cream and snack bar, and a fish or shrimp dinner on Friday nights. The glow parade with golf carts at night is a great activity and the tractor ride is a favorite. There are plenty of spaces available and the interior roads are paved, though they are narrow with low hanging branches. There are individual unisex bathhouses and a single shower in the bathroom. The pond has an inflatable water playground and there is an old fashioned carnival ride that has been converted into an outdoor movie theater complete with a 50 TV. There is free wifi, though it only works outside, and the laundry is closed. There is a fee for showers. The park is unsupervised, so children have the run of the park with little regard to pedestrian safety.
