Yukon Trails Camping is a good place for a quick overnight stop despite its aging facilities. The staff is attentive and helpful. One area of the campground has grassy sites with picnic tables and fire rings, and water pressure is decent. This area is suitable for park models and is surrounded by forests. The other area is for transient campers and includes sandy pull-through and back-in sites. The large circular pool and playground area are approved for three years, and the park has mini-golf, frisbee golf, hiking/walking, cornhole area, and horseshoe pits. The small restaurant and store were closed during our visit, but the office provided us with the necessary information. However, there were no sewer hookups and only one unclean bathroom and shower facility for more than 150 sites. Having said that, the next day, the bathroom and shower facility were very clean and well-maintained. Leveling the grass site required many blocks, as the ground was soft. A necessary part was sent to the campground for our use, but the office staff was unhelpful and rude when we picked it up. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay at the campground.
