Lake Three Recreation Area is located in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in Wisconsin. The campground offers heavy usage and is managed by the Great Divide District Information Center. The campground provides access to Lake Three, which is primarily a bass and panfish lake. The lake also offers non-motorized activities such as canoeing, kayaking, and paddling. A boat launch is available for motorized boating. The campground also provides access to the North Country National Scenic Trail for backpacking and hiking. The campground is open for camping and cabin reservations. Please note that firewood should not be moved to prevent the spread of invasive species.
