From The Campground

Pioneer Park & Campground is a rustic campground located on Ogema Millpond. It is equestrian-friendly and has an open area large enough for seven camping units with six fire rings, three grills, and several picnic tables. The campground accommodates tents, trailers, and RVs, and no fee is required. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The campground features a large, open-sided shelter, pavilion, gazebo with table, handicapped tables with roof, flush toilets (water is shut off after the last weekend in Sept.), carry-in boat access, shore fishing, playground equipment, tetherball, large fenced-in sandbox, nature trails, access to the 26-mile non-motorized Pine Line Rail Trail, horse hitching post, ball diamond, concessions during games, horseshoe pits, and ATV/horse pull track. Winter camping is available, but there are no toilets, water, plowed roads, or services.
