This campground is a great place to stay for a weekend getaway. Located on Shawano Lake, it offers a wide range of amenities, such as a boat ramp, beach, snack bar, playground, gaga ball, outdoor foosball, and outdoor pool. It also has both electric and water hookups on the majority of the sites, with some sites having concrete pads. However, the electric and water connections are located in odd places and far away from the sites, so youll need an extension cord and water hose to reach them. The campground road is also tight, so it can be a challenge to navigate with a large RV or 5th wheel. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the campground is usually full on the weekends.
