Eagle River Campground is a great place for family gatherings and summer activities. It is mostly seasonal and has about 9 sites for daily/weekly rental. The campground is located near Three Lakes and has a private beach and boat ramp for campground use. The lakes area is very pretty and great for boating and fishing. The campground is older, designed for shorter RVs for maneuvering (narrow roads) and occupied with mostly seasonal guests. There is a chain of several lakes for boating and fishing. There are three restaurants and a golf course within walking distance. Unfortunately, there are no sewer hook ups and the dump site is lower than the RV, requiring jacking up the fiver in order to dump. There is also no laundry facilities at the campground and the public restrooms look questionable. Despite this, the campground is busy and loud with lots of fun opportunities to meet other folks, bbq, check out the bar, enjoy good eats and top off the good life with friends and family.
