Riverbend Campground is a great destination for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. With admission, guests can enjoy a variety of activities, including four wheel bikes, a jumping balloon, a pool with multiple water slides, a pond with blow up floating slides and climbing activities, canoes, a bar and restaurant, mini golf, frisbee golf, live music some weekends, a kids barn with crafts, volleyball, shuffle board, and more. The staff is friendly and the sites are clean and well-maintained. The amenities include a pool with waterslides, kiddie pool, swimming pond with inflatables, jumping pillow, Tiki bar, volleyball courts, bags tournaments, boat launch, mini golf, Friday night karaoke at Benderz Bar N Grill, and Saturday night band. There are also golf carts available for rent and a 60 foot hill behind the water park with a stunning view of the area. However, there are a few downsides, including a lack of longer term sites with sewer hookups or a reasonable pump out service option, and the pool can sometimes be dirty. There is also a lot of golf cart traffic and teens riding around with music blaring all day long. Be sure to thoroughly question the site you plan to stay on, and know that there are no refunds.
