This campground is an excellent choice for a weekend getaway in the Wisconsin Dells. It is situated in a quiet part of the area and is close enough to access all the action in the Dells. The dirt roads have low lying tree branches that may rub the top of motor homes, but the sites are spacious, with lots of trees and are well shaded. The amenities are great, with a nice pool, a snack bar, a camp store, a cocktail lounge and restaurant, a mini-golf course, nature trails, playground, and laundry area. The campground is very clean, with well-maintained bathrooms and showers, and the staff is friendly and professional. The campground is also dog friendly, with plenty of room on the sites and walking trails. There is a pool and patio area with tables, sun chairs, and a gazebo, and there are discount booklets for all the attractions nearby. The only downside is the train whistles overnight, but earplugs can help with that.

Stand Rock Campground is a private RV resort located in Wisconsin Dells, also known as the Waterpark Capital of the World. The campground offers 237 RV sites, many of which offer direct access to the lakes, while others are nestled among the trees. The campground is spread over 118 acres of flourishing landscapes, with a pristine pond with fountains, wooded trails, and peaceful picnic areas. The Wisconsin River and the Lake of the Dells are easily accessible from the campground, offering breathtaking views, boating, fishing, and scenic hikes. The campground is family-friendly and has amazing bathrooms and well-kept facilities.
