Tie Hack Campground is a great place to camp in the Cloud Peak Wilderness of the Bighorn Mountains. There are many sites available for both reservation and walk-in camping, and the campground is well maintained and clean. Vault toilets are provided in each of the two loops. There are plenty of trees and shade, and the water is of good quality. Hiking trails to the reservoir offer great views and the chance to spot some moose and elk. The nearby town of Buffalo provides a good cell signal, and the Circle View trailhead is a 3-4 mile drive from the campground, with spectacular hiking and a strong cell signal in many places. Fishing is also available at the reservoir, with smaller Browns to be caught. The campground is a great place to stay for a night or a week.
