GenieSummary
At Fort Caspar Campground, you will find easy access with good signage. The park roads are dirt and gravel, and although they still have some potholes and puddles, the check-in process is quick, pleasant, and informative. All sites have hookups, but we only paid for an electric connection. Our space was small and gravel, but it had a table. Unfortunately, there was no fire pit or patio. Cable connection was available, but there was no cable. However, we found a few over-the-air TV channels. The Wi-Fi is only available near the office. The bathhouse is decent but small, and we didnt check on it during our stay. There are no restaurants or services nearby, but a shopping center is a few blocks away. Expect to pay around $32.00 per night. This campground is perfect for an overnight stay, although it can be somewhat crowded with seasonal workers. The roads are gravel, resulting in a lot of dust, but the staff is always helpful and friendly.
