. New Fork Lake Campground is a great place to camp for a night or a prolonged stay. The campground is tucked into trees areas close to the lake, offering a variety of sizes to choose from. The camp spaces are clean and well maintained, with fire rings in great shape and movable grates. There are no potable water sources, but the lake can be used for filtering. The day use area with a small beach is great for kids to play, launch paddle boards, paddle boats, canoes, etc. Dogs are allowed off leash, but must still be carried at all times. The pit toilet onsite was clean and there are no issues with the outhouses. The short road in is rocky and almost high clearance. There is no water or trash, but no cell signal either.
